This class is a mix of cycling, strength, endurance and functional exercises. All combined in short training cycles to challenge your muscles with variety and intensity.


RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.

YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.
