Classes

Get ready to climb, climb, climb in REVOLUTION. The focus of the ride is to maximize resistance and work toward riding the RPMs listed in the choreography.  The tools you need to help your participants achieve strength and endurance are at your fingertips. Hit the indoor road. JOIN the REVOLUTION!
This class is a mix of cycling, strength, endurance and functional exercises.  All combined in short training cycles to challenge your muscles with variety and intensity.
RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.
Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, andcontagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive.

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs.  Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.
CoreFit Camp offers a range of training from strength to agility, endurance to flexibility.  Every Camp is different and all fitness levels are welcome and challenged.  We encourage all our campers to bring their best!  We are equipped and ready for every workout.  Where else will you find; Rowers, Spin Bikes, Ellipticals, Treadmills and not to mention all the activities we can do outside.  Camp involves kettlebells, medicine balls, stability balls, free weights, bands, TRX straps, and much more.

Rules

  • All members must have a valid health club membership card.  All members must scan in and out.
  • If you are under 18 you may not enter the facility during un-staffed hours without supervision,  there must be adult supervision at all times.
  • All guests must be accompanied by their sponsoring member while using the facilities and must have a valid guest pass and registration form.
  • Cell phones are not permitted anywhere in the club, except for the front desk area.  Cell phones cannot be used on the fitness floor, equipment or in the restrooms.
  • Fitness equipment is used at the member’s and guest’s own risk.  Please do not exceed the schedule suggested by the trainer without his/her consultation.  Time restrictions may apply to some equipment when the gym is crowded and must be adhered to.
  • Free weights must be returned to racks when finished.  Please wipe down equipment after use.  We recommend that you bring your own personal towel to do this.
  • T-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, workout pants and sneakers must be worn on the training floor at all times.  Sandals, thongs, jeans,  etc.,  are not appropriate attire for working out on any of the equipment.
  • Members must follow the directions of the staff trainer or manager.
  • Infractions of the rules and regulations may be considered cause for cancellation of health club privileges.  The Department of Health regulations and those of all other government agencies having jurisdiction are considered a part of these rules and regulations.

These are procedures from the insurance company and will be enforced.

2014-12-08_14-50-51My name is Liliya Nelson and I recently moved here from Idaho. The people of Texas have been so kind and we are so excited to call ourselves Texans! I’m the proud mom of five great kids. I became addicted to group exercise in high school and years later was given the opportunity to teach when my local gym was losing one of their instructors. Five years ago I started out teaching cycling and since then have taught strength and boot camp style classes but my favorite is kickboxing! I love group fitness classes!

Where else can you get intense workouts to great music with friends to keep you motivated? I believe there is a place for every body type and fitness level in exercise and I LOVE seeing and helping people gain confidence in their bodies and their lives! I’ve made life long friends in these classes and look forward to getting to know the members of Fieldhouse Fitness.
